Kausar watershed research, educational and promotion station is located in Gerbaigan, Fasa, 45 km from Fasa city and 190 km southeast of Shiraz. This station was established in 1982 after the implementation of the flood irrigation system of cereals fields and pastures in Garbaygan Plain under the supervision of Dr. Seyed Ahang Kausar.
