Eqlid Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Station established in 1996 is located 270 km northwest of Shiraz and 45 km southwest of Euclid city. The purpose of establishing this station is to solve the bottlenecks of cold-season agricultural products in the form of implementing research projects and producing and multiplying breeding seeds needed by farmers.

One of the applications of this station is research and propagation activities to supply breeding and maternal seeds such as cereals and beans for the cold regions of Fars province as well as the cold regions of neighboring provinces such as Kerman, Isfahan, Kohkiloyeh & Boyerahmad and other similar regions. The area of this station is 100 hectares.
